Αβρώτη
Μυθολογικό πρόσωπο. Σύζυγος του βασιλιά των Μεγάρων Νίσου, κόρη του Ογχήστη και αδελφή του Μεγαρέα. Επειδή ήταν γυναίκα φρόνιμη και πολύ αγαπητή, o Νίσος διέταξε, μετά τον θάνατό της, να φορούν όλες οι Μεγαρίδες την ίδια ενδυμασία με αυτήν, που ονομάστηκε αφάβρωμα.
